Containment does work if you fully commit to it, see ponies. They're the #1 enforced rule across the entire website, in fact I'm reasonably sure they have highest priority for report reasons in jannies' report queue. /pol/ wishes it got the kind of oppressive moderator attention that ponies get, they'll drop everything to remove and ban even the slightest whisper of pony pics.
