I have very mixed feelings about the medicine.
I don't really feel the same effect as when i was new to this but considering that i wasn't really pushing my brain this week its hard to say. At least im a little less tired than usual i think.

Yeah for sure. Just that you forget it in the moment and sometimes end up hyperfocusing for 10 hours three days in a row and have all of your brain drained (even without meds). I'll try to not forget that, thanks for reminding me.
