The thing is, you can pick any old anime, and it’s guaranteed to be fun despite its flaws. Even if the story is bland, you’ll still get quality animation and great background music to cover up for that.
Most 2025 anime suffer from poor animation, heavy CGI, or censorship like Sakamoto Days/Chainsaw man etc. Outsourcing etc

That's why every new anime looks the same.
