Close enough, no one that has read or watched JoJo understands what GRE does either anyway.
I mean you can get his basics down relatively easily but his kit has so much depth to it that mastering him is quite an accomplishment, he's also one of those characters that has to work relatively hard to accomplish what Ryu can do in one interaction.
