I had help in the form of having a parent who let me basically live with them for the cost of groceries while I worked my ass off, and I got extremely lucky on a run down house out in meth central just before Covid. The first of Gen A will be graduating highschool in 6 years, if the market doubles again there may not be any hope left. We'll be just like the rest of the Anglosphere.
