I don't consciously choose to think nigga it just happens. If I want to visualize an apple my brain thinks "apple" before the decision to make that decision ever happens. Apple. I'm thinking it right now but didn't intend to. When I make a decision the cost/benefit analysis happens in my head like a bunch of numbers and math and shit and the decision is made. A few seconds ago I cracked my knuckles while typing this post - my body did that and I watched it happen and it was the right choice. It felt satisfying. You all think too much about thinking, I just do stuff and it works and if I want to think or imagine I just think or imagine stuff and it happens. I don't need to question whether my thoughts are real or not or if I'm visualizing shit in the correct way. Second-guessing yourself and agonizing over where your thoughts come from is stupid. I'd feel hungry if I didn't eat breakfast this morning but I did eat breakfast this morning. I had a blueberry muffin and banana and they were delicious.
