something that sucks is when i was younger, when my mom was home my brain would always be in a panicked state also kind of in le fight or flight state but when she was gone i was comfy X relaxed. however this stopped when i was 17yo. i couldnt switch back to the relaxed state. it was always panicking and it has been like this since. it rarely stops and gibs relaxed state and those days are the best but its too rare and only lasts a few hours. i hope this gets fixed next. probs would be the biggest breakthrough in my mental health
