if i had a big yaaaaaard like that i would fill every available space with things like tomatoes, herbs, potatoes, leeks etc
it doesnt take much more maintenance to grow things like this than it is to take care of a lawn

I haven't seen "fresh" kebab in years.
All the restuarants and pizzerias have that spinning oven machine but there is never any meat on it.
They all have kebab meat in a metal box that they warm up instead.
