When they ask to hire you they generally want to know some specific traits you bring to the table. I am a SW dev, I like to mention I like to dive into complex bugs or figure out legacy code bases, many people don't like that because they're normies.
Also you say you never worked a day in your life, and you list your experiences? Do you just idle at work? I do that sometimes but not all the time, typically worked 4 hours a day sometimes less, then people like my "speed"
