I think it's good to demonstrate that they no longer have a stranglehold on the culture with their imposed morality. It's a way of sending a message that you don't have to adhere to their insane dogma.
All these cultural taboos around identity-- especially black people, aren't enforced because they actually upset anybody. They are enforced as a way of demonstrating power over white people. It's all about power. Ruining people's lives for saying "nigger" gives them a thrill,it makes them feel like they have power, and that's why they do it. Also, they just hate white people.
By doing something stupid like black face, you are saying "you have no power over me. I am indifferent to your fake outrage" and that shows them just how powerless they really are.

If we had acreage, and could just walk outside whenever we wanted and shoot, I think we would do it all the time.
I would just set up barriers and targets in by back yard and go out there whenever I got bored.
Having to plan and prepare and pay everytime I want to shoot kind of takes the excitement out of it.
