Next time you bench, let go of the bar when it's over your chest so it bruises or breaks one or more of your upper ribs
After a couple of days pass and the immediate pain is gone, try tricep pushdowns again. You VILL learn to do them right and properly isolate the triceps, because if you let your whole body take over, your injury pain will flare up to the point of making your ears ring
