I think MOAH is getting fully released at the end of the current run and Infernal seems to be dealing with her. She was the reason TOAA hulked out and became TOBA so Hulk will probably get some new shit too.

Interestingly enough......when TOBA takes over Gamma mutates, he doesn't amp them, he can only use the strenght they have at their disposal like when he possessed Jailbait and Sasquatch. TOBA took over their bodies but they were still weak as shit in contrast to the GODulk who became breaker-apart which gives credit to the theory that GODulk truly is limitless.
