Well you listed Resistances Rescaled, which not only isn't an overhaul like Reqiuem, but is also far less popular.

You've yet to find a rebalance mod that does what reqiuem does, but better. Not one has been provided this entire argument. The only one provided handles how damage/resistances is calculated (one aspect of Requiem) that ironically, is less popular (by a lot).
