No because HDR is complicated and is a fucking mess where brightness isn't the be-all of what makes good HDR good. There are so many factors at play (even ignoring people fucking up displaying SDR content) that understanding it is a bit of a headache.

The concept of XCR alone is something that you cannot easily articulate to people. This article is only comparing the two types of oled and look how involved it can be.
