Peculiar

I’m a 23 year old virgin. Decent looking, overweight but currently slimming down and working out, 6’2. But my social life is pretty much non-existent and I’m pretty bad at conversing with people in general, but that goes double for women of course and I have no idea what to say at the appropriate times to garner interest.
How can I grow the mental balls to approach a woman and court her for sex? Where should I go to do this?
I’ve already been complimented and approached by women several times, so I think I’m doing something right, but they were also all ugly and unpleasant for the most except once or twice, so nothing came out of them.
