Same. I've read IDW but not in full, just bits and pieces of whatever caught my attention. And I'm not sure about Surge being cute exactly, but I do like her design. But yeah they are my favorite western characters too

Yes but if the point of Iizuka being in the US was to help with US-Japan communications then they clearly failed because the series is full of mistakes like this, even more so in recent years
