Pretty much. If you count books. Most of my music knowledge/ability is from reading music books.

Yeah piano is really intuitive with that. The fretboard is really ineffective for showing music theory. It's pretty much the norm that composers use piano. Maybe guitar is more common in song writers as main instrument, but it's easy to orchestrate and make music with more parts with a piano. Since you can play multiple lines.

I made cover of some french sheet music I found.
I don't know french so this was the best I could manage. I also have made a rondo form piano piece and some other stuff.
Just moosic stuff basically
