Ralsei exists for the purpose of fulfilling the Prophecy. He has no history because he's not based on any real object. He "fits in" everywhere because he's supposed to be wherever the Heroes go. All of his knowledge and abilities are defined by The Prophecy, and once The Prophecy is fulfilled his purpose will have been served.
