whats the status of being f2p dps player? I mainly plan to maybe buy battle pass and thats it otherwise full f2p but my question is how wind knight and stormblade classes are doing in this area since those are the dps Im looking to most likely play
also a question how a players skill can apply to classes? does being skilled, doing good rotation and generally being consistent can cover the gaps of not spending tons of money?

Buddy, let's be honest, this stopped being a thing decades ago. The ship sailed long after 2010s and It got progressively worse with each year.
PVP was always about the wallet/talent/time, and the proliferation of the information through the easy-to-access guides/streamer culture made it even worse. It's now ultracompetitive, just like in a real life. Casual lobbies are a myth these days.
