Turns out of you implement the smallest of changes to a system, the literal scums of the earth will be dissuaded and won't litter on the streets because now it's "too much hassle" or whatever.
While there is obviously still a lot of room for improvement, the streets have never been cleaner.
If this ever goes through, I genuinely hope it reaches as much effect as that little plastic thingy.
