I mean I was there when it released, I bought it as soon as it came out and even then I never understood why people loved it so much. It's riding off the successes of previous games while bringing very little that's actually original
And the reception for Colors worsened significantly over the years, but Generations only gets loved more and more. Again, I don't get it. Especially since they keep recycling Generations stuff, people say they don't like Colors because of the Wisps, but they lazily rehash Generations even more. And Generations itself was a rehash to begin with
