If you don't have the Shadow Mantle, it's supposed to be nearly unwinnable by design.
If you do have it, and are still struggling, do your absolute best to frontload damage onto the bitch. The battle will end after either ~15 attacks from her or when her HP reaches 75%. Since her attacks get more and more powerful over time, you want to spend all your TP trying to get as many Rude Busters down her cake-hole as you can and avoid the absolute monstrosity that is her last five or six attacks.
Don't defend. Don't spent TP to heal. Use items instead or revivemints. Get as much damage onto her as you can, early, when you won't need to spend as many actions using heals.

People already have beaten her with no mantle, but it's an absolute shitshow and you shouldn't try to get frame-perfect kills on her unless you're really committed to the bit.

Okay people are gonna call me a retard, but I think it's totally within the realm of possibility for Papyrus to be a secret boss.
To be clear I don't have a strong attachment to Papyrus nor am I saying I want this to happen.
But the festival is a time Papyrus might actually come out of the house, and Papyrus liked flowers in UT or at least he was very fond of Flowey. This could place Papyrus at the ch5 dark world by coincidence.
Kris & Susie have each gotten "their own" secret boss in a way. Spamton for Kris and Gerson for Susie.
What if Papyrus was Ralsei's character development boss?
I haven't really mapped out why they'd be fighting, it might be more like the Gerson fight where you're not really trying to hurt each other. But since Ralsei is clearly stated to resemble Asriel and has the name anagram, that creates at least a preliminary connection to Papyrus.
Maybe Papyrus would have a shadow crystal for some reason, but he might also have a jokey resolution where he notices the crystal has been in Ralsei's ear all along or something like that.
