So Asgore as police chief basically fought Dess in her knight form after whatever incident made her that way, managed to defeat and chip off a black shard from her armor.
For some reason no one believes him (except for maybe Kris who was most likely present) and took the fall for the entire thing when it was actually Kris that caused it.

And I think Eram is supposed to look like this parasite that can only really live on its own in the dark.

Outside of being genetically predisposed to being better at sports or being born with 60 iq, I would argue that talent is really only how you were raised and your current life circumstances providing a better or worse environment for your mind to attach to different skills. you know what i've got going for me for my fangame? the fact that i've got a story i want to tell... and thats more or less it.
i cant do art, music composition is lost on me, im lazy, i dont even know if people will like what i write, and going into this i knew very little C# (meaning I'm going to need to rewrite quite a few scripts before i make a proper release of any kind)

i started making an ambitious fangame with almost no initial skill.

i had to use DRYanon1's sprites to kickstart things before i found a few people willing to help in the spriting field, and once im done with the base systems i'll have to make a tech demo to beg for musicians and more spriters before i can start working on a proper chapter 1.
but do you think i let any of that stop me?
nope, i've slowly been chipping away at this for the past year and a half, and now im closer to having the fangame's base systems complete than not.
has it taken longer than i wanted due to my own laziness? absolutely, but i've still not given up.
will i drop it if absolutely nobody likes what i put out? yeah, probably.

But I also agree that there's mental differences between people, just like there's physical differences between people, in fact I would go even as far as to say that those mental differences are physical differences too, isn't the brain physical after all? im in a similar boat, i think it would be quite nice to have asriel come in and save kris and co. it would be both a good contrast to him being the big bad final boss of undertale while also serving as a "conclusion" to this narrative that revolves around the characters and their escapism, depression etc. his arrival would signal a "return" to how it was however combined with all the growth the characters will have experienced in the 7 chapters leading up to the end it would be one stop beyond simply "return" and allow them to permanently change for the better and overcome their pasts
