Stanley Parable isn't a puzzle game, it's about a narrator six layers deep up his own ass and it's only interesting if you care if he can make it to seven or eight layers. Talos Principle is full of philosophy 102 mumbo jumbo but it's at least clever in its puzzle design.

FF11 and FF14 are mmos
FF12 is kind of a disguised turnbased system that feels more actiony. You can move your characters around, the monsters are visible on the field, etc.
FF15 is the first mainline action RPG and FF16 is a follow up. They're not that great. If you want other action RPGs in the FF vein try FF Type-0, the FF7 remake/rebirth, and the crisis core games. You could also do the Mana series: Trials of Mana and Visions of Mana are pretty good.

You can play them in any order except the direct sequels like 10-2 after 10. If you're really determined to try them all then I'd play them in release order. That being said since you have no nostalgia a lot of them won't hold up. I'd say the first one that might hold up even without nostalgia is 7 if you're a zoomer. If you were alive for the SNES era and pixel graphics don't bother you and the lack of handholding in telling you where to go next then I'd start with IV, it's the first one to have a more detailed story/characters that aren't kinda just generic. If you just care about good story/characters I'd stop after 10. 10-2 had a shit story that somewhat reconned 10, but had an awesome job sytem/gameplay. 11 is an MMO,12 is a singleplayer MMO, 13 and it's sequels are not Final Fantasy. They might be good games I don't know but they have nothing in common with Final Fantasy they are Nomura making Waifu games after he went off the deep end at the end of KH2 and forgot how to make a good non-convoluted story.

Best way to do it is to get a japanese paypal acc or some other payment method online (like a prepaid card), update your steam region to japan with it/buy the game, and then you can change it back to the US afterwards with your real payment method.

If you've played and liked other Compile Heart and Nippon Ichi games then you'll probably like Phantom Brave and Dragon Star Varnir. I haven't messed much with the post-game for Phantom Brave, so it could be a bit annoying. If you do get Phantom Brave and like it I would recommend getting Soul Nomad & the World Eaters later on (it's one of Nippon Ichi's best games IMO). It's the single best deckbuilder game to the point it fucked up the genre for five years because all that came out were clones.
