There is nothing to compensate for. You either have enough +X to hit the enemy or you don't. This isn't some cohesive and functional representation of PF1e. It's just a grim autobattler. And there is no roleplaying. This game has no roles. You just plug holes in whatever buffs are missing and then wail on things. There are no true classes to fill roles, just buff providers. Even skills like lockpicking are all shoved into some amorphous stat brick you don't pay attention to. I don't really like this buzzword, but the whole game is just so cynical and soulless. Every owlcat game is. It's just like a bethesda game where it's mountains of 0/10 content.

This thing in OP's pic costs $5 and it tastes like a crappy Obama school lunch. For comparison you could buy a whole ass rotisserie chicken for the same price.
