The games are unfinished and rushed garbage. Owlcat has bethesda design philosophy where more unfinished content is considered better than a small amount of highly polished content. So imagine playing a 90 hours game where the dev franticly slapped out every map in under a day and didn't even bother to test them, and then on release never fixed or improved any of that and instead charge people for DLC which is also rushed and unfinished. The end result is a terrible and boring game.

I suggest you move onto another genre, as these CRPG threads have consistently been the worst threads on /v/ and are killing this board. Go play something that requires motor skills for once, these games are clearly brainrot and you've made so many terrible threads I no longer have any desire to spoonfeed or help you. Radiant Silvergun is undoubtedly better than einhander. The only thing stopping me from praising it is the games quality hinging on its cool chaining system, which is undermined by abhorrent boss milking, making hellsinker just feel like a straight up better version of what tries to do with its various weapon systems. No it doesn't. A rogue is an actual rogue in ToEE, and the rogue is appropriately sneaking around pre-emptively assassinating big single targets and disarming traps. Everyone has a unique ROLE to fill in the ROLEplaying game. This doesn't happen in owlcat games, because all of your party's skills are consolidated into a single stat brick and resolved in dialogue windows. No character gets a time to shine during adventures, they all feel like soulless cogs in a singular machine. Owlcat doesn't understand RPGs at all and people who like their crap do not like games, they like casual time wasters.

Nah when classic first came out I came back for like a month and it was just like the old days. Instantly made like 50 friends that I talked to and grouped with all the time, the world felt really big and imposing, people were killing each other in neutral zones just for fun, the auction house was healthy and fun to dick around with, people had all sorts of get rich quick schemes, cities and general chat were lively... I want classic but not just a carbon copy of it, a continuation of it. If blizzard isn't going to make a real MMO then I just won't play their garbage, haven't touched retail since 2014 and feel no urges whatsoever to return. Even OSRS is better than wow in its current state and I don't even play that any more.

Mid-range is everything optimized. At 1440p. If you have to go below recommended settings that's a low-range PC. You don't really need a strong or even functional PC to play 95% of games. It gets a lot of indies and things so it depends on what you want to do. The nice thing about PC is that you can incrementally upgrade. Like get a PC with a 2060s and a 7600 and swap to a better GPU later, that 7600 will still be good.

My HDD is exclusively for anime, it has no purpose other than to serve as a storage space for terabytes of anime, I have RSS feeds just dumping it full of anime at all times. SSDs are NOT cheap, shit like GAMMA eats up a huge chunk of it, and I don't want to shift around 50 indie games when I have to install some awful 400gb AAA release. That's not what factorio is, you're unlocking increasingly complex puzzle pieces. This isnt limited to factory games, once you identify it you can recognize it. Even Path of Exile does this with orbs, the arpg gameplay is merely an illusion on top of the crafting and economy, the real game. In factorio there is nothing obfuscated, it's just straight to the point. OpenTTD, on the other hand, gives you a lot of pieces to the puzzle right at the start, and you focus on optimally serving everything because it is a video game, and getting the high score or best time should come naturally, and to me your complaints seem contradictory and duplicitous when you could just play that.

It's absolutely critical in the Bradley games. Properly preparing for fights is the difference between the game having hundreds of fights or thousands of fights. You need to know what the 11 variances of crow do and exactly what level of spell is needed to kill them and not a single level higher or you'll just drain all your mana and have to rest, which will be interrupted repeatedly.
