Some useful stats for my fellow Kitasan rerollers:

Basically, if you want 3 copies of Kitasan without sparking, I hope you've got a lot of time to burn! A multi-instance emulator should help cut the time. You might also want to consider rolling for 2 copies of Kitasan and then sparking for a third, for your sanity's sake.

Right now most general decks advise going 4-5 speed cards, and 1-2 others. The reason you do this is to have the highest chance of hitting multi-rainbows on speed when your supports hit their preferred bonus, and you can get to 1100+ speed in a career.

MLB Kitasen Black is so consistent at landing on speed, while also giving basic power bonuses, that you can run 3 speed and 3 other cards and still consistently hit 1100+ speed, except now you also have more cards to help you with stam/wit/power whatever you want. Now it's not unreasonable to hit two stats in SS tier just because speed is given to you for free as long as you aren't wasting your rainbow training days.

You get like 50 base skill points and I think 10 base attributes on speed or something for each G1 you win. This is boosted by the race bonus on your cards. If you have enough fans at certain thresholds in your career, your unique skill will level up. If you win races, you'll unlock achievements for more carats. Basically, I always go for g1 races if there isn't something good enough to train on or whatever. Plus if you get more than 320k fans and win a bunch of g1s you get "The Goat" epithet which I think is neat.
