I've personally started trying to make all my Bakushins into milers recently, and it's always kind of silly watching her be surprised that I'm letting her enter the senior Mile Championship as if she didn't already run it (and multiple other mile G1s) last year
I don't have good enough medium/long sparks to make her into the stayer she wants to be, but I'll be damned if I ever limit the poor girl to only running in sprints again when she clearly isn't satisfied with them
