This person is a cheater not because of some weird tracking through walls thing or because he is a troon.
But because players don't actually move their mouse like that or aim like that, you don't immediately snap to other players without moving your mouse to them, it doesn't teleport, you don't start shooting at someone and then mid shooting at them change to another target, then change back to the first, then back to the second. The target selection alone makes this clearly cheating.
You don't get surprised at who you were aiming at, you are not unsure of what happened, you are in control and know what you are doing, which isn't the case of the video at all.

There are so many things in the video that are obviously not just how people actually aim that its clear its a cheater, let alone potentially using wall hacks or anything else on top of an aim bot.
