Ninja Gaiden has almost nothing in common with Sekiro, I like both games but they play completely differently. Sekiro is all about timing and pressing the right move out of like 3 possible actions. Ninja Gaiden combat is like a blank canvas where you have dozens of powerful tools and no indication of which one is right to use, when to use it and how to use it. Enemies are super aggressive and encounters are designed to be bullshit and unfair, your job is to fight bullshit with bullshit, do whatever you can to survive.
