It would be very easy. Chapter 1 with end game ninpo and health and weapons would be trivial in 2 on MN.
The only reason it's hard is because you have only one ninpo for safety and a very small healthbar as well as the smallest moveset with unupgraded weapons.
This is why the beginning is always the most difficult on Master Ninja.
