This is my 3rd Unity run (and 3rd borrow of the day). You have no fucking excuse to be shit at this scenario.

Is the Riko card really necessary for this? Her dates refill way less energy than Tazuna, and while the stats are nice wasting more time of energy generation is bad when you want to press training as often as possible.
Right now it feels like even pressing Rest is better than borrowing Riko.

Asked before but the last thread autosaged before I actually got to discuss the fucking vidya;

So how do you even reliably beat Team Zenith? I've only done it once and I don't know how. Do you need to keep Unity Training Umas that have already done their spirit burst?

And what exactly is the ideal spirit burst use? Is it nothing more than during a rainbow training on a desired stat? Does it matter whether it's early in the run or later?

So if you want to use all your daily borrows, just do URA like before. With some Aoharu mixed in from time to time if you fell like it.

My current impression on aoharu is:
1. Try to keep training your team to win the team races.
2. Use bombs on secondary stats (i.e. when training a Mile ace, your deck should be speed/power, and then you can use bombs for stam).
3. Use your deck to focus on your primary stat and maybe wit (for energy regen). You don't need the Fuku wit card for this, the skill you get from choosing her team name is a fucking vision skill.
4. For medium/long aces you can probably use Riko instead of a stam card (plus sparks) to get the required HP threshold. Long might need an additional stam card on top, not sure.
5. The global doc also mentions multi-pal decks, maybe with enough energy cost reduction you can get away with almost only training turns (generating energy with wit rather than rest or dates). Might try this in the future.

Obviously you use your sparks where you need them. You should already be capping speed for mile racers, so if you can get enough stam with bombs you can then use sparks for power instead.
Basically, I think bombs should be treated similarly to sparks in how you assign them to stats because they are independent of your deck. This allows you to make a more focused deck, increasing consistency (unless bombs choose to dodge the stat you want to raise with them).
Alternatively, if you can cap power and speed (still in the mile example) while having enough stam, you can be less picky with blue sparks and pick parents with more desirable pinks/whites instead.

I can get better Stamina/Power than URA with Unity, but my Speed suffers hard. Literally like 800 at best. Friendship is all over the place and low. My trainee is also a complete joke in Unity races due to her stat spread being too thin so everyone else has to win, and I've still only beaten the top team in the first Unity race once. Not winning those races basically kills your run because your entire team doesn't get the stats, which means you delay facility levels. Going for the top team in that one isn't worth I think, I'm sticking to the middle one.

I'm sharing my aoharu playthrough so anons can have some references.
2x speed though. Some of the moments had me thinking quite a bit so I hope anons can guess what's behind the decision.

I got better speed recently with more focus, but it still wasn’t easy. I think the hard part is that your stats are going to be more scattered. You’re forced to train guts more often because you get situations where that’s the only way to build up that super training you want. It also punishes not having good cards even harder. You can sort of brute force not having MLB Kitasan in URA, but that doesn’t really fly here.

So far I've seen Nishino Flower being forced into late despite being better as a pace (she often/always even has the pace corner skill), and Bakushin being forced into pace (instead of front).
