You don't need as much Stamina because the race is shorter and there are basically zero noteworthly Mile debuffs unlike in Medium. You do need max speed, and ideally Turf and Mile S. Since you don't need as much stamina you can focus more on power. You don't need a heal so the skills are generally fine.
