That was for URA when it was harder to max out your stats. All Turf S does is give you more acceleration. There will be more acceleration options for umas.

More people will be hitting capped speed. More acceleration. You'll want that extra speed. I'm not saying Turf S is bad, but you would literally have better acceleration if you shaved off 150 of that stamina and put it in your power instead. That's all Turf S does, give you the acceleration that power would give you, and you haven't even maxed out your power.

1200/1200 Mile S beats 1200/1000+ Turf S. Why? Because even with your Turf S your acceleration is still worse than an Uma with maxed power. And now that uma has both better acceleration AND better speed.

With Unity, you should be able to cap both speed and power if you get your sparks and your balls blowing up in power. It was harder to get those kinds of stats with enough stamina in URA, but there will be more people with max speed/power. You dont need 800 stamina and 500 guts for a 1600m mile race. Put that stamina into power instead. Your umas look good though, but they might lose the battle to Mile S max power umas.

I'd say speed/power sparks are preferred for Mile and Sprint at least, you can still hit 600 stamina pretty easily.

You can assign numerical values to white arrows knowing that the bursts are fixed and it takes 5 to trigger, so a white arrow is worth 3 speed/stamina/power by itself as long as you manage to trigger it, the value in practice will be higher since 2 arrows in the same training provide a flat bonus.

Since base training values are lower, a single rainbow can be less efficient than a really good training setup, like having 4 brand new trainees by themselves in stamina versus just Kitasan hanging in speed, it's more of a future investment at that point to proc a good burst later, focusing more on unity training is also a boon to the unity cup races themselves.

People suggest avoiding bursting on guts (for now) and wit is less efficient although I will pick it if it'll cycle a spirit burst readying a new one and if it has a good combination of my own supports or a wit rainbow.

This seems to be good advice. Wit bursts suck but if it leads to more bursts and restores the energy you need, it's not the worst.

Still, I'm hitting 1200 speed/1000 power, and 600-700 wit when I hit a few wit bursts. I'd like to get more in power, but it's difficult juggling act. I'm inheriting mostly power and stamina sparks as I'm just running 3 speed cards and it caps speed pretty consistently.

She's good, and right now she just got a buff that makes her fuck up other front runners. But if you want to actually win with her, it will require a lot of work. Kitasan is the card you want, dont spend a single carat until she comes.

I find Aoharu kinda silly in a way compared to URA where cards were very heavily scrutinized, in some manner I think you have a lot more leeway because there's a much higher focus on good energy management because bursts give a lot of stats. Cards that give good stats like training effectiveness, race bonus or base bonuses but have a lower specialty are worth bringing.

This GW was 2speed2power1wit + Riko with mostly stamina sparks, if they were distributed better it'd be 1200/600/1200 easily. I'm having a hard time justifying a 3rd speed card, I haven't tried a 0% growth trainee but Vodka can also hit cap pretty handily with only 2.

I like Dober a lot in paper because she's a roamer with 15 training effectiveness, great in URA for stacking rainbows in speed/power but I find no wit specialty a harsher penalty in Aoharu where a good wit rainbow with some extra white arrows is very worth it. Condor has 15% speed growth so I wouldn't expect to face issues capping speed with 2 speed 1 wit at the worst, I would try experimenting Brian vs Halo, the latter has an extra power base bonus vs Brian's 2 speed bonus. I feel you on the singular power card, I felt I wasn't getting very strong gains there until I actually went for 2, as speed is also easier to adjust based in my experience.

My power card situation is eh right now. I'm having trouble thinking of what I could run, and I really dont wanna run Biwa with how energy hungry she is. I have 2LB vodka which seems okay on paper but she has zero training effectiveness and that kinda bugs me. I've tried it a few times and she's not getting me anywhere. I'll try 2 speed 1 wit, and try two power.

I've got Daitaku Helios at 3LB but that doesn't really seem that great either. I just got Agnes Digital MLB and I know she has no special priority but...as it a stat stick she doesnt seem that bad.
