I'm not so sure about the debuffer guide and most people are gonna run. Either we gas our opponent and win or it literally do anything since we are already compensating for it. Back in Taurus/Gemini people really did overbuild for stamina so debuffing was mostly useless. You're already gambling on late acceleration/groundwork so 2 aces is iffy.
So basically it's either another front like Suzuka/Mayano, Grass for speed debuff, Ryan for maximising gambling outcomes or running an pace chaser like Oguri against possible greedy lobbies. Pace chasers have highest stamina requirements but Oguri building 3 aces means Oguri is in a position where we could greed with her. Undercut stamina for 1 ace that has reliable skill activations with redshift + shooting
