That's why the game becomes frontrunner meta. the most consistent way to win is to run 3 fronts all with seiun unique and whoever is in 1st come the final leg gets to win.

Sapporo: 6/8 tracks it activates instantly. the other 2 its still the best option besides end closer straightaway spurt.
Hakodate: same 6/8 instant 2/8 not great but still best you've got
Niigata: 3 tracks it can't activate on at all. 7 it activates instantly, 2 its actiates late but it's all you've got.
