There's a reason why JP patched position keep 3 years ago because of front Urara + any great escapers, you're slowing everyone down while the escapers are still running at the correct pace, the 3rd horse in your team can just be anyone. You can try it yourself in the L'Arc scenario when it comes to Global.
In Global without another front to break Urara position keep, the middle leg will take much longer because everyone is slowing down but the stamina drain rate is still the same making late/end runners easier to catch up because they have the highest late game acceleration rate. Acceleration skills will also suddenly be much more powerful than velocity skills turning the last leg into 'whoever has more late acceleration skills wins'.
If you want to know how JP killed front Urara cheese, if there are no other front runners they simply promote the pace chaser with the most guts stat into the front role but without the 1.4 fatigue penalty which is really good.
Also you might want to clarify in the sheet that Power improves your speed when moving sideways (0.4m/s / 10 power to be exact).
The game is already reverse-engineered, at this point we are just waiting for the next crazy card after Almond Eye (4 gold skills from events is crazy). For Global it will be Seiun Sky parent to exploit her unique skill (not a must have, just that you won't have to borrow her every time to train sprinters).
