After receiving the TV, Mettaton will go to the library to borrow some movies or video games where he'll have a brief chat with Berdly. They talk about their favorite JRPG franchise Dragon Blazers and agree to meet up at Mettaton's house to play games together. This is how they will get close and realize they have more in common than they initially thought.
That's right, Berdly x Mettaton will be endgame!

It's ironic that Ralsei's arc is all about how he's a real person with feelings beyond his designated role of supporting others who shouldn't be so self-sacrificing, but there's a 75% chance the good ending is the player accepting that their designated role is just supporting others, their feelings don't matter, and they should sacrifice themselves to make everyone happy.

Odd idea, but what if the Knight is kinda like Lycagon from Shangri-La Frontier?
In SLF, Lycagon is this insanely powerful wolf boss monster that shows up at night where it's form seems to literally blend into the night itself. When the MC finally beats it, it gets revealed that the whole time it was merely a shadow of the REAL Lycagon, a projection of her power that could only appear in the night.
What if the Knight is similar? It's form is very amorphous and similar to the Shadowmen. And it got really angry from Susie pointing out that without the Fountain it's nothing.
What if it is merely a shadow being projected by the real Knight that can only appear in the Dark Worlds? That would explain why it would have needed Kris to open the Chapter 3 Fountain, perhaps it can't exist in the Light properly because it's made of shadows and Dark.

I think that's all of them, unless you count stuff like the cupboards underneath bathroom sinks. We're definitely going to the bunker dark world (probably in chapter 6) and probably the flower shop in chapter 5. A hospital dark world could be really good, you could devote an entire chapter to that easily. As for the others, they're either red herrings or places where we'll get mini dark worlds like you said.
