The other modes are so antiquated. M+ has a group finder instead of having to type in LFG and raiding is unchanged in 20 years, even to the point that the raid size isn't flexible. No one wants to do this kind of thing anymore. You want to log in, join a match and get in to the gameplay as fast as possible, not sit in a queue or log in at a certain time like you're clocking in for work. Right now delves are the only mode that achieve this.
