Is Seiun Sky even going to save Front Runners?
All her unique does inherited is an 0.2 Acceleration buff, same as Red Shift, same as Shooting for Victory, with the only difference being it works on every track instead of some tracks like those two.
Just look at the current CM. Front Runners are steaming unusable dogshit because they have the worst final leg and get hit by every debuff. And this is on a track where Red Shift works just fine. If we had Seiun Sky right now, Front Runners would still be dog.

I did my tickets two hours later and got mega fucked. I lost to an A-medium front Daiwa somehow despite my Taishin and Goldship both havimg 1100+ speed and with left handed on Taishin. I think it was bad luck because my Oguri somehow feel behind to 8th place. Maybe the debuffers were just better this time, but I had zero issues with debuffers in the last rounds.

shes better in an already good deck
for example on umas with 20% affinity for speed, you can run her instead of a 4th speed uma since she will give some extra speed on her own + extra trainings to get to 1200 and then because you have extra trainings elsewhere, its easier to hit your other stat goals
she's godly on taishin since you can insta guaranteed heal her practice poor and use her instead of rests to get your mood back up a bit
