I've been (obv natty) lifting for about three years, and eat anywhere from 3-4k calories a day. I'm nineteen and a serious hardgainer. Crazy-fast metabolism, and I have trouble putting on size. My pic doesn't show it all that well, but I have pretty severe pectus excavatum so I need to hit chest extra hard to compensate. I also haven't followed a specific program in the time that I've been lifting. Any suggestions? I'm looking for something that combines strength + hypertrophy and is geared towards oly lifting, which I've done for a short period of time but love. A deadlift/squat-heavy program would be great. I'm going to be getting a coach soon.

Erectile Dysfunction
I need some /fit/ advice on fixing ED. And yes it is a /fit/ topic. I've been struggling with it for years now, for as long as I've been having sex. I've stopped watching porn several months ago, and my next steps are to clean up my diet and start consistently doing cardio. My concern is that I've tried these to varying degrees in the past with very limited success, so if they don't work I'm out of options.

I've also tried citrulline malate, which worked for a week or two before I seemed to build up a tolerance to it, I tried reverse kegels, which didn't work, I tried raw sex, which works, but condoms are not negotiable because I'm not sterilising my gf by messing with her hormones. My current workaround, which I'm hoping is temporary, is just having sex in the morning. I've actually never heard anyone mention this before, just something I figured out. This is currently the only way I am able to somewhat perform.

The only thing that reliably worked was taking cialis. I bought a whole bunch from india a few years ago and it completely solved the problem, although when I tried to restock it got picked up by customs and sent to my doctor, where they only let me take three months supply at a time, and only through a $50 doctors appointment. Even then it was cheaper than getting it through the pharmacy, but not something I can feasibly do anymore.

Without cialis, no matter what I try, there's always at least a bit of bad erection quality. I currently have to get it in quick, and I can't change positions without running into trouble. I also can't go too fast, even though my gf prefers it fast. She also prefers sex at night, so I need to do something.

Google lists a bunch of health problems like heart issues which might be causing it, although it's obviously psychological since I have no problem with handjobs, blowjobs, or raw sex. But then again, the fact that morning sex is way better might suggest otherwise, I'm not sure.

I've been lifting for 10 months in a large calorie defecit after not lifting for a decade. I've made some decent progress and I'm near my goal weight so I'm about to start eating at maintenance to recomp.

Have I exhausted my newbie gains or will I still have some left when I start eating more?

I've increased my lifts on everything except presses, and I'm hoping to put on some decent muscle and move real weight when I'm not in a 800 calorie defefit.

I am my own worst enemy. I've made it to my mid-twenties and I just can't believe how much I've let life pass me by. I sit in my room all day, have no job or social life unless its for my one hobby. I have just driven to mcdonalds at 4am because I cant be bothered to learn how to cook or how to be healthy. I've tried working out with my own weights several times and furthest I got was a couple of months. I saw no difference in my body because I didn't change diet and sometimes would just half ass exercise. I still managed 4 days a week in my garage for almost 3 and a half months, I just did lifting on its own and didnt change my diet. I just gave up because I didn't feel like it was doing anything for me. I read so many stories of people who after a month of doing it start to really love it. That simply wasnt the case for me. I wanted to love it, I convinced myself I did for a little while despite the fact I still looked like a flabby sickly looking cretin. But then one day I just stopped and never picked it back up.

My arms are so thin and gross and I am obese. every time I try and lose weight I neglect the fact I cant cook and don't want to learn. Even if I did I would hate it. I am too scared of going into an ultra masculine environment like a boxing gym (boxing is the only sport I actually like) because I'd be bullied for how I look. Something poignant I was told the other day was this. Some never know what its like to be fit and active because they've never been in shape. I imagine it feels great, but I was never active in school or at any point in my life as I'm unathletic. So maybe part of the reason I fail so much is that I have no frame of reference for how I'm supposed to feel at the end.

Legs without BB Squats
I don't have a Barbell in my home gym.

I've tried using Lunges/BSS as replacements but I feel like they're not hitting me like BB Squats used to...
