109 countries is kind of misleading since most of those countries were just kingdoms in Europe and the Middle East, and were often within the same territories. For example, there were no large scale Jewish expulsions in, say, Sweden or Ireland at any point in their history

Also, during the same time, various European kingdoms had special positions and protections for Jews, such as the status of Court Jew in Germany, or Sicut Judaeis within the Catholic Church
Also, most of them happened during the Crusades, a period of religious conflict for not only Jews but also Christians and Muslims. So Jewish expulsions during this time say next to nothing about Jews themselves

There's a reason a lot of these expulsions were in the mid 16th century. They coincided with the Council of Trent and Pope Paul IV’s bull Cum nimis absurdum (1555) which explicitly called for Jewish expulsions to unify the faithful. Many cities and principalities, particularly in Italy, that had taken in Sephardic Jewish refugees from the Spanish Inquisition then expelled them for the above reasons. Livorno was the one notable exception to this where a major Jewish center emerged that was thriving up until ww2, because that's where most of these "port jews" who were expelled went.

The Talmud is not the Jewish Holy Book, the Torah is, same as the Christian Old Testament, and the Talmud is a commentary on it. Jews consider it authoritative with regards to Jewish doctrine and religious law, because Jews are legalists, and one of the Jewish Mitvah is to establish courts of justice.

The closest Christian equivalent to the Talmud wouldn't be the Bible, it would be something more like the one of the Catechisms

Also according to the Talmud, Gentiles have some privileges that Jews don't have, for example, non-Jews don't have to circumcise while Jews do.
