Most I could see is everyone just staying platonic in the end but open-ended so the player can interpret it, I seriously don't think Toby would let suselle shippers down after building it up for years.
But I could be wrong. Susie is denser than a brick and I don't think she has ever expressed romantic attraction for anything or anybody. And if she's forced to pick between the two, she's going to say "fuck you, I choose both."
