There's no implication that you literally made Kris sexually assault Noelle, but the subtext that you're forcing yourself (through Kris) on Noelle is very clear. The Weird Route being framed as you forcing Kris and Noelle into an abusive relationship (and YOU directly taking some twisted interest in Noelle) was already established with what happened in Chapter 2.
