Ralsei is 100% doomed, everything about his attitude wanting Kris and Susie to focus on each other and the "real world" instead of him and not wanting to have any possessions or get attached to anything screams "someone who knows he's going to die"
I think it'd be better if they're all doomed though

Kris already liked Susie, they knew each other.
Kris and Ralsei have to get to know each other, Kris isn't as desperate to make friends as Susie was. They also have a ton of baggage to work through first, since Ralsei knows about (You) and Kris almost certainly knows The Prophecy. Every interaction between Kris and Ralsei is filtered through (You) and they both know that you're watching, and Kris knows that Ralsei is some doppelgänger of Asriel for some reason that exists for the express purpose of being their friend and helping them fulfill The Prophecy, which is pretty off-putting. Kris starts to warm up to Ralsei after Ralsei starts becoming his own person.

>Is Ralsei evil?
no
>the 3rd lightener doesnt look like Ralsei
The Prophecy just says "Three Heroes," it doesn't say "Three Lightners." The Heroes are supposed to save the Dark World too, it makes sense that one of them is a Darkner. "THE PRINCE, ALONE IN DEEPEST DARK" does describe Ralsei.
>Also Ralsei seems able to maximum heal anyone any time he wants.
That's in a cutscene. Susie also fully heals the party in a cutscene before the Titan fight.
>He is also permanently obsessed with letting the prophecy play through
He wants The Prophecy to change. He's trying to make that happen, but so far nothing has changed. Everything is still happening exactly like it was supposed to.
>He lies about the roaring which reveals itself in the church and he plays coy and runs off whenever he gets confronted
He knows the entire Prophecy. He hid information from Susie because it doesn't have a happy ending. He's anxious and constantly trying to move ahead during Chapter 4 because he's terrified of Susie learning about The Last Prophecy, which says what happens in "The Final Tragedy" at the end of the story. That's what happens at the end of Chapter 4, remember?
>Also obsessed with making the party happy
Because he's a Darkner. He believes it's his purpose to make Kris and Susie happy. That's been his whole character arc in Chapter 3 and 4, feeling inadequate because he can't be there for them all the time and feeling conflicted about having his own personal wants and desires.

Ralsei exists to be the third Hero from the Prophecy. He belongs everywhere that the Heroes go. And he'll petrify or outright disappear when his purpose is served

Alternatively I was thinking he finally breaks completely and goes schizo mode, but he's probably way too kind and caring for that
