idk how to permanently solve it, i think ill always feel like a little empty and machine-like but it helps if i talk to people and try to make their days better!! writing to myself also helps a little, but im unsure why

does r9k have any good coping strategies for stress and stuff? i carry around a little book that i fill with words about tiny things im grateful for throughout the day, it makes me feel a little better
