retard beginner here. I'm making a little tune that's trying to get across some underwatery type effects and as such it seems there's a lot of low end shit going on. Do I need to supplement this with some high end, as in, if the main sound design of an arp is quite low and muted, should I also have a high end version of that layered over the top or something to compliment it? I kind of don't know if I'm asking the right question here, but just worried that my idea will sound like a low end mess otherwise (and probably does). Is there a preocess for mixing a low-end heavy track and making everything sound clear, or is this bad design from the outset and I need to reconsider the composition? Where can you learn about shit like this? I know this thread is probably one of the worst places on earth to ask, but you never know (plus i hate the rest of the internet even more).

I've only played RF 3 and liked it. I got a Switch 2 and want some stuff to play on it once I'm tired of Mario Kart.
