one day the switch flipped off my head too, my brother was a tryhard and would mock people for playing lower difficulties so i tried to be like him, then one day i realized this shit makes the games less enjoyable, more cancer and at the end of the day no one is impressed or cares but you, unless you go on 4chan to show off your achievements or something which is worse than woman behaviour.
tl;dr only autists or attention seeking nerds do this without realizing that nobody cares
