Oh no no no CRTsisters what do we do about this??
[SAD NEWS]The stroboscopic effect occurs on CRTs, which is worse than persistent blur.
CRTsisters, not like this. It is recommended to use a nice high refresh rate OLED from LG instead.

A 50 hz monitor will never be able to emulate motion. Pixel response time should be low so we can see things while moving the camera. A good OLED is better at mimicking an eye flick than your 15 year old plasma TV.

60hz CRTs don't look smooth at all. Sure, they don't have persistence blur, but they still look like shit.
Anyone that needs to ask this question is truly retarded.

You don't need to do the raytracing meme, dlss meme or whatever. Just buy an rtx 5090 or rtx 6000 pro and a 1440p 480hz OLED monitor or 2160p 240hz OLED monitor and enjoy the games you currently play but with a much more accurate depiction of motion.

It is important to replicate motion as visuals are a high importance of video games. You can not replicate motion with high frame times.
