i'm so fucking proud of you bro. i've been inconsistent in my training. don't give up, but feel free to slow down from time to time, or else you might start hating what you enjoy. DON'T use that as an excuse to get lazy though. Keep it up man

now hold on hold on, i got you buddy. if you're worried about contaminating the hand sanitizer when you have dirty hands, then you wouldn't be employing the no cross-contamination-tactic.
you would only dirty your left hand by touching things in the world, and your right hand would be the one with the hand sanitizer and your phone, so your right hand would never get dirty. make sense?
although this is kind of ridiculous LOL
it might work enough to be worth it for you.

just play with the kid dude who cares hahaha :p
they can be a lot of fun, ask her what's going on in her life and what she thinks about certain things. She's clinging to you because she trusts you and thinks you're cool dude haha, don't disappoint her too much :^D

love them while they're here, OP. Be grateful for the things they do, try to make their lives easier. If you don't live with them at least call them once a day, they appreciate it.
It's brutal that they will end, as we likely all will, but before they do you should really appreciate them.

when the gym was smaller and i went consistently, i knew everyone and was happy to see everyone, and everyone was happy to see me. I never tried making friends with anyone there because I already have a lot of friends, but it wouldn't have been particularly difficult to ask someone to hang out after going for a few months. Many others have done so.

worry not, achieving strength isn't actually that far away.
You don't have to get super into exercising from the beginning, as you exercise and make it a daily habit, you will begin to enjoy it, especially when you start seeing results. You don't even need any equipment, you can start right from home. I can drop some ez info that'll skyrocket your progress, if you're interested.

alright i'm just going to ignore part of what you said but you don't need your cousins to teach you dude! Also the internet exists, right? You can totally still contact them and use them to practice with, but it's not going to be effective practice if you don't have a solid base to stand on first. Duolingo is honestly really good and if you use the web version (which you can also use on your phone, with an adblocker) you can learn a lot without watching a single ad. Flashcards would also be impeccable. I've been learning japnese (admittedly kind of poorly) for a while now and it hasn't cost me a cent, just my own effort. If you genuinely practice for an hour a day increasing your vocabulary in ONE year you'll be conversational, and from there you'll be able to talk to your cousins or strangers onvrchat which will skyrocket your improvement. What're you waiting for OP, you're not getting any younger, and those japanese gfs are waiting for you!

as with all creative endeavors you must learn to love the process itself my man. A man who enjoys walking will walk farther than a man who needs to walk to reach a certain destination.

Why can't you get (you)'s by responding genuinely to others? or making interesting threads? why's it just have to be trolling?
This goes for all of you here. r9k is kind of a homebase for us, isn't it? Wouldn't it be nice if it were a home base that we actually enjoyed? Something to think about i guess.
